Can I customise my Mahru outfit?

Yes! We offer customisation on select outfits. You can request changes in size, minor design adjustments, and sometimes colour or fabric preferences. Please contact us after placing your order for personalisation details at info@mahru.in

How do I find my size?

Each product has a size chart for easy reference. If you need help choosing the right size or need a made-to-measure option, please reach out to us.

What payment methods are available?

We accept a variety of secure payment options for your convenience, including:

  • UPI & Bank Transfers
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking

For custom orders placed via consultation, payment details will be shared directly during the process. If you have any specific payment preferences or questions, feel free to contact us.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Ready products are usually shipped within 7-10 working days. Customised pieces may take longer depending on the modifications requested.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. For orders outside India, please write to usat info@mahru.in or WhatsApp us at +917985430460 — we’ll guide you through the process and share all the details you need.

What is your return and exchange  policy?

Since all Mahru products are handcrafted and often made to order, we currently do not accept returns. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us at info@mahru.in and we’ll do our best to help. In case of any defective piece from our end we will replace the same once we have received the said piece. Please note that we must receive information in writing from your end within 2 days of receiving the parcel. Also the items returned should be unused and with all tags and labels intact.

Note: Custom fitted outfits and International orders are not eligible for exchange.

However most of our products are hand dyed and hand embroidered and there might be slight irregularities and differences but we believe these variations only celebrate the uniqueness of being hand made.
Additionally, there might be slight color variations because of calibrations of different monitors and devices despite our efforts to make sure our pictures are as close to the exact product as possible.

What should I do if I need my order urgently?

If you have an urgent requirement, please email on info@mahru.in or WhatsApp us on +917985430460 before placing the order. We’ll let you know if we can fast-track it.

Looking for an unstitched or semi-stitched outfit?

How do I care for my Mahru outfits?

We recommend dry cleaning for all Mahru garments to maintain the beauty of the embroidery and fabrics.

Can I visit your store?

Currently, we operate online and through Pop-Ups across various Indian cities.

I’m interested in purchasing sarees and lehengas, but I can’t find them on the website. How can I place an order?

Yes, we do! Mahru offers a refined collection of men’s Chikankari outfits, including kurtas, sherwanis, and custom ceremonial wear. Each piece is handcrafted with intricate detailing and tailored for comfort and elegance.
